Kootenay 3 Red Deer 2

ICE scored 2 power-play goals in a 3-2 win in Red Deer.
ICE and Rebels split thier 8-game series.
All were 1 goal games expect when there was an empty netter to make the difference 2 goals.
The ICE have clinched a playoff spot and can finish no lower than 7th in the conference.
Kevin King had 1 goal and 1 assist, Tylan Stephens got his team leading 26th.
Andrew Bailey had the game winner, and in now 2nd all-time with 20 career game winning goals. (29 Nigel Dawes).
Bailey is 6th all-time with 216 career points (217 Ryan Russell, 215 Mike Green).
ICE will play Medicine Hat in a home and home to wrap-up the weekend. Saturday in Medicine Hat, Sunday at the Rec-Plex.
