Tylan Stephens scored the only goal for the ICE in a 4-1 loss in Lethbridge. Stephens is tied with Andrew Bailey for the team lead with 27 goals.
Tonight the ICE host the Hurricanes.
An ICE win in regulation and they clinch 6th and will play Brandon in the 1st round of the playoffs.
A Hurricanes win in regulation, overtime or shootout with put the ICE in 7th and would play Saskatoon.
An ICE win in overtime or a shootout and they will have to wait for tomorrow's result of the Lethbridge vs Calgary game to see where they finish in the standings. If the Hurricanes earn a point against the ICE and a win against Calgary they get 6th. Any type off loss would put the ICE in 6th. A regulation loss to the ICE and the game against Calgary means nothing.
Before tonight's opening faceoff the ICE will hand out their Year-End Awards.
