The NHL CSS (Central Scouting Service) has released their Players To Watch List which includes players not in the CHL.

ICE player on the list -
Defenseman Michael King, 17 year-old who plays for BCHL Westside. Did not attend camp this year. 6'4" 170 lbs.
Meanwhile, Cranbrook's Sam Mellor, BCHL Trail, who has commited to Alaska-Anchorage, is on the list.
Both King and Mellor are rated as 3rd-5th round prospects.
The CSS will soon have their preliminary rankings.
