Tri City 4 Kootenay 0 Game #25

Kennewick, Wash – Tri City American goalie Drew Owsley made 35 saves and Brendan Shinnimin had 2 goals in a 4-0 win over the Kootenay ICE in WHL action on Friday night.

The ICE have been shutout in back-to-back game for the 2nd time in team regular season history.
The other time was October 27th & 28th, 2004 with loses in Prince Albert and Saskatoon.

ICE are in Seattle on Saturday.

Brendan Hurley returned after missing 13 games to a hand injury.

ICE Scratches – Eric Benoit (6th game knee 1 week), Hayden Rintoul (1st game knee 1-2 weeks).

The ICE players were informed this week that part of this road trip will have the team going to an NFL game Sunday as the Seattle Seahawks host the Kansas City Chiefs.
