The ICE won the shootout 2-0 on goals by Matt Fraser and Reinhart.
Nathan Lieuwen stopped both shots he faced.
ICE are 3-2 in shootouts this year and are 2-0-0-0 against Brandon with both wins in shootouts.
ICE will visit Saskatoon on Sunday.
