Summer has finally arrived in the Kootenay's and it's time to start thinking hockey.
The ICE golf tournament is Friday the 26th and there are some open spots. It'll probably be sold out again but get in early and don't miss out.
Training camp will be the following week and it'll be interesting to see which new players are ready to earn one of the openings on the roster.
With rookie Sam Reinhart and newly acquired Dylen McKinlay filling a couple forward spots there are still 2-4 forward openings, 2-3 defenseman spots and maybe a goalie spot available.
