Calgary 4 Kootenay 1 Game #26

Calgary, Alb – Calgary Hitmen forward Greg Chase had 2 goals and 1 assist in a 4-1 win over the Kootenay ICE in WHL action on Sunday afternoon.

The Hitmen (18-6-1-2) scored their Teddy Bear goal late in the first period on a backdoor pass to Pavlo Padakin.

Early in the second period the Hitmen scored with defenseman Alex Roach near the crease for a rebound goal.
The ICE (8-16-1-0) scored on a late period powerplay with Brock Montgomery scored his team leading 7th PPG off a Sam Reinhart shot that hit the post.

In the third period Greg Chase scored 2 powerplay goals to give them a 4-1 win.

The ICE will host Calgary on Tuesday.

Brock Montgomery returned after missing 5 games.
